Indian cricketer Manoj Tiwary on Tuesday claimed he is ready for Test cricket, after scoring an impressive 93 against England in the first tour game in Mumbai.

 

Tiwary batted for 202 minutes and faced 150 ball to score a fluent 93, at the Brabourne Stadium in Mumbai for India A against England.

 

Along with Irfan Pathan, Tiwary added 110 runs for the seventh wicket to take the team past the 300-mark in the first innings.

 

"I am ready for Test cricket. There is a competition for the No. 6 spot, but it's up to the selectors. I will try my best. Let's see what happens," Tiwary was quoted as saying by PTI.
