Hashim Amla completed the set of scoring One-Day International (ODI) tons against all Test-playing nations with his century against Australia at Canberra. Bharath Seervi lists the players with ODI centuries against all major teams as well as the most teams.
Hashim Amla, the run machine of South Africa, has been scoring centuries with ease for the last five years. He has 17 centuries in One-Day Internationals (ODIs), in less than 100 innings. In 98 innings (and 101 matches), he has aggregated 4910 runs at an average of 53.95, and has scored an ODI century against the other nine Test-playing nations.
His 17th ODI century came against Australia at Canberra in the third ODI of the ongoing series. It was his first ODI century against Australia, overcoming his previous best score of 97 at Perth in 2009. He became only the fourth batsman in the history of ODIs to score centuries against all Test-playing teams.
Batsmen scoring ODI centuries against all test-playing nations
The first batsman to achieve this was Ricky Ponting in the year 2003 when he scored an ODI century against Bangladesh at Darwin, which came in his 174th innings. It was his 14th ODI century. The others to do it are Herschelle Gibbs in 2005 and Sachin Tendulkar in 2012. Tendulkar completed it in his penultimate match against Bangladesh. He brought up his 100th international century and his first ODI century against Bangladesh.

The current players in the table are Chris Gayle, Virat Kohli, Tillakaratne Dilshan, AB de Villiers, Yuvraj Singh and Ross Taylor.
