Australia are likely to rest pacers Peter Siddle or Ben Hilfenhaus for the fourth Test against India to be played at Adelaide Oval starting January 24.
"You talk about breaking points . . . we always wanted our breaking point to be higher than India's and I think we've shown that by being patient and holding our nerve when the moments have presented themselves," Arthur said.
Australia coach Mickey Arthur on Monday had hinted that offspinner Nathan Lyon could make a comeback into the side at his home ground.
"Look, that will be a debate leading into Adelaide," Arthur was quoted as saying by The Australian.
"Mitchell Starc came into the squad this time and he performed really well. Again, it's part of us broadening the base of our quick bowlers.
"We'll have a look as to how all the guys pull up. This has been a 2 1/2-day Test match, so the guys have nine days until we actually start again in Adelaide. So the guys will be well, well rested."
