Fast bowler Brett Lee is excited to team up with Australia’s latest bowling sensation Pat Cummins.

Lee who will be returning to international cricket after a surgery was quoted in Sydney Morning Herald as saying, "It's great to see Patty Cummins bowling 150km/h - it's brilliant. I'm looking forward to working in tandem with him.

"I'd love to take the new rock and have him at the other end. Being around young guys, it makes you more vibrant too, and I can learn off these players as well, as much as they can learn off me."

The fast bowler is not worried about the hype surrounding Cummins and is confident that the rookie will learn to deal with it in time.

He said, "He'll find a way to deal with that. He's got good people around him now and it's just a matter that he can just go out there and focus on his cricket.

"He's not the type of guy to let it go to his head. He's very switched on, he's a great person and I'm sure that he's going to be fine."

Cummins has become the newest Australian sensation to win over the home media. His spell of 6/79 and his gritty 13 runs propelled Australia to a memorable win in the second Test against South Africa in Johannesburg.
