Thilina Kandamby scored a quick 29 and Shivnarine Chanderpaul garnered 27 to lift Uva Next to a respectable total of 150 for seven against Yorkshire in their Champions League Twenty20 match at Johannesburg.
Put in to bat first, Uva Next made a strong start getting to a score of 41 from first five overs.
Dilshan Munaweera fell after adding 42 runs for the first wicket with Bhanuka Rajapaksa. He scored 22 off 19 balls, which included three boundaries and a six.
