The players from both teams shook hands and agreed to a draw with Australia at 195 for three on the third and final day of the warm-up match against India A.
Australia reached 194 for three while following on after opener Shane Watson and Ed Cowan notched up half-centuries against India A at Chennai.
Watson was dismissed for 60 as Australia reached 104 for one on Day Three after India A enforced follow on. Watson, who top scored for Australia in the first innings with 84, was run out due to a miscommunication between him and opener Ed Cowan.
Earlier, India A enforced follow on after bowling out Australia for 238 in the warm-up match at Chennai on Monday.
The visitors have had a steady start to their second essay and are on 38 for no loss.
The warm-up match between Australia and India A started late due to wet outfield on Monday morning.
Australia were bowled out in the first innings for 235 and forced to follow-on by India A.
Opener Shane Watson smashed 84 and Ed Cowan socred 40. Matthew Wade also performed with the bat scoring 44, before he was dismissed by Rakesh Dhruv.
Dhruv took five wickets to give India A an upperhand in the match.
Jalaj Saxena took the other four wickets. Peter Siddle's wicket was the only run out of the first innings.
After forced to follow-on, Australia have made 21 for the loss of no wickets. Watson and Cowan are unbeaten.
