Australia were restricted to 248 for nine in their 50 overs against Pakistan in the second One-Day International of the three match series at Abu Dhabi on Friday.
Electing to bat first after winning the toss, Australia lost the early wicket of Matthew Wade who was bowled by Junaid Khan. Michael Hussey top-scored for Australia with 61 runs.
Australian batsmen got off to good starts but none them could convert it into a big innings. They lost wickets at regular intervals.
Saeed Ajmal was the pick of the bowlers for Pakistan grabbing four wickets for 32 runs in 10 overs. Mohammad Hafeez also bowled economically as he gave away only 28 runs in his 10 overs.
