England spinner Graeme Swann has lost the number one spot in the ICC One-Day International Rankings for bowlers to South Africa pacer Morne Morkel following a poor tour of India.
In the four ODIs against India, Swann took just two wickets at an average of 95, reports said.
Right-arm South Africa pacer Morkel grabbed four wickets for 22 runs in the second ODI against Australia, which helped him move up to four places in the rankings to replace Swann, who has dropped to third.
Former New Zealand skipper Daniel Vettori remained at the second spot.
Meanwhile, in the Test ratings, Dale Steyn tops the bowlers list.
