Pakistan won the toss and skipper Misbah-ul-Haq decided to field against South Africa in the third One-Day Internationals at the New Wanderers Stadium in Johannesburg.
Wahab Riaz replaces Umar Gul, who is out with a knee injury.
Rory Kleinveldt comes in for Kyle Abbott for South Africa. South Africa lost the last ODI at Centurion.
