Tarot reader Shruti Chopra looks into her cards to give CricketCountry.com readers exclusive insights into what lies ahead in the IPL matches. In the below piece, she dwells into the Royal Challenges Bangalore vs Deccan Chargers game - the second IPL match on Sunday.

---

Royal Challengers Bangalore

The Royal Challengers come into this game with new energy, good team work and a desire to out play the opposition. Their task ahead definitely won't be an easy task, especially since the Four and Five of Swords are indicating a disharmony in understanding and executing plans. The positive for the team is their ability to pull themselves up and shine like the Sun.

As a bowler Daniel Vettori, will be well planned, strong and miserly. Like the Queen of Swords, he needs to remember to stick to his plans. As a captain he will work hard to extract good results from the team and hound the opposition through his strategies.

Key players

Virat Kohli will start off cautiously. He will have well-directed energy and play a very balanced and strong innings.

Chris Gayle will have moments of uncertainty, like the Nine of Wands, but with the balance and attacking strength of the Chariot, he will manage to overcome this.

AB de Villiers will showcase his potential, but will need to maintain an aggressive tempo, which he won't be able to sustain.

Saurabh Tiwary is looking confused, but as the innings progresses, he will play with an understanding of the situation.

Zaheer Khan will feel the weight of responsibility, but that's what he will thrive in. The Devil blesses him with the ability to deceive the opposition.

Deccan Chargers

The Deccan Chargers will find this game easy and a struggle in turns. It will be a constant battle for them to maintain a balance, especially with the Knight of Swords weakening their fielding. The Nine of Pentacles is promising accumulation of runs through a collective effort.

Captain Kumar Sangakkara will be part of a good batting partnership and will provide the team with stability. Like the Four of Wands, he will give the team a strong platform and will make some risky decisions, which may not pay off.

Key players

Dale Steyn will look strong and well planned. In fact, he has too many plans, so confusion can plague his bowling at times.

Shikhar Dhawan is looking very promising today. He has the Sun and the Three of Pentacles. A lot will depend on how well he bats, since he will play an important innings.

Amit Mishra won't be economical and will provide the team with important breakthroughs.

Manpreet Gony should be played, as he is looking well directed, aggressive and successful.

JP Duminy will be another key player. If playing, his run making effort will be much needed and important.

Who has the advantage?

Royal Challengers Bangalore.
