Sandeep Patil appointed new chairman of selectors

The Board of Cricket Control in India (BCCI) appointed former India player Sandeep Patil as the new chief of national cricket selection committee on Thursday.

According to Zee News, Roger Binny, Saba Karim, Vikram Rathore and Rajinder Singh Hans are new members of selection committee.

Chandrakant Pandit named chairman of junior selction committee.

Earlier, BCCI sacked Mohinder Amarnath from the selection committee which might have resulted due to an argument with Krisnamachari Srikkanth.
