The International Cricket Council (ICC) under-19 World Cup 2012 will be played in Australia from August 11-25. Future stars of cricket will be seen displaying their skills in the tournament in order to bring glory for their respective countries.
Warm-up matches will be played between teams on August 7 and August 8 in different venues across the country.
India will start its World Cup campaign against West Indies on August 12. Unmukt Chand will lead India's charge in the 2012 edition of the tournament. Earlier, India have won the under-19 World Cup in 2000 and 2008 under Mohammad Kaif and Virat kohli respectively.
Following is the schedule for the warm-up matches and the first-round games to be played in the tournament.
