Tarot reader Shruti Chopra looks into her cards to give CricketCountry.com readers exclusive insights into what lies ahead in the IPL matches. In the below piece, she dwells into the Chennai Super Kings vs Delhi Daredevils game - the second of the two IPL matches on Saturday.

---

Chennai Super Kings

The Super Kings are like the Sun – clearer in their direction and growing in confidence, although they are not completely there yet. They will make this is a tough match for the Daredevils and will look to outdo them in all areas, as they will believe they have all the tools to succeed. They are looking to be more positive and aggressive, but they will need to be careful of their fielding efforts as this may let them down.

Mahendra Singh Dhoni will be like the Knight of Swords in his batting. He won't have the best direction and won't come out in the right frame of mind. His batting will look uncomfortable. As a captain, he will be confident, but will need to be wary of being complacent as this may undo the efforts put in. He will need to come out with firmer plans to avoid the disappointment reflected by the Nine of Swords.

Key players

Francois du Plessis will have a steady start, but he won't look the most comfortable to be overly aggressive. With the Star on his side, he should be able to get through this sticky period.

Murali Vijay is like the Three of Pentacles – independent and comfortable. He will direct his innings well and adapt himself when required.

Suresh Raina will have a strong and steady growth in his innings. He will have a stronger second half. A good day for him.

Albie Morkel has immense potential to shine in all areas of the game today. He will be like the Temperance – well balanced and wise.

Ben Hilfenhaus will be the key for Chennai. He will be commanding, balanced and fresh, like the Ace of Cups in his approach and implementing his ideas.

Ravichandran Ashwin will be economical and will be able to outdo the batsman. He should be careful of not getting too complacent.

Delhi Daredevils

The Daredevils will show all their shades today. They will be carefree like the Fool, yet bring out their potential like the High Priestess. They look content, yet understand the importance of keeping up their momentum. This pressure will be applied by the team management as they will sense the importance of doing well at every stage. The Daredevils too will need to be careful of their fielding efforts, as they may take it too casually.

Virender Sehwag will look to build a strong partnership and a strong foundation for the team. He will grow and accumulate runs at a brisk pace, as suggested by the Nine of Pentacles. As a captain, he will be a strong leader. He will be encouraging and positive, no matter what the situation is.

Key players

David Warner is looking aggressive and will build a good platform to launch from, but he won't be able to see the innings through as he will be strongly targeted.

Mahela Jayawardene will have a weak start, but will work hard to regain himself and develop confidence. A tough day for him.

Irfan Pathan is looking well planned and well directed. He will have the right dosage of aggression, but will need to remain focused on how well he finishes his spell.

Morne Morkel will have the ability to take the team through. He will have an air of strength and command about him. He will be like the Six of Wands – wanting to lead the team to success. A good day for him.

Naman Ojha will work hard to apply himself and be part of a good partnership. He will need to be careful of not letting the opposition disturb his flow.

Varun Aaron will receive success through his well made plans. The Ace of Swords shows the importance of his contribution.
