Jamshedpur (Jharkhand): Feb 11, 2012

Oozing with confidence of coming back to action within a month's time, India team speedster Varun Aaron said there is no question of compromising on speed.

"I will be fully fit in a month and will be back in action," Aaron said when asked about the injury he had suffered during the ODI series against West Indies at home.

"The last two medical reports has been good and I am undergoing specialised training in National Cricket Academy," he added.

The 22-year-old fast bowler from Jharkhand, who was ruled out of Test series in Australia due to a stress reaction on his back after the injury, said after recovering he would look to maintain his speed.

"I am not going to compromise with the speed and am confident of maintaining my speed soon."

Aaron was here today to take part in a programme organised by Jharkhand State Cricket Association (JSCA) with teachers of various schools to promote cricket in the city. (PTI)
