The West Indies Cricket Board on Friday informed that the third Test between the West Indies and Australia, to be played from April 23-27, has been shifted to Windsor Park in Dominica.
Earlier, the match was slated to be played at Guyana.
"The change in venue is as a result of the situation in Guyana owing to the government of Guyana's push to take over the management and governance of cricket in the country," the West Indies Cricket Board (WICB) said in a statement.
"The Guyana Cricket Board, which is the agent of the WICB and the legitimate cricketing authority, has been prevented from undertaking the necessary tasks needed to ensure the successful hosting of the match," the statement added.
Australia will play five One-Day Internationals, two Twenty20 internationals and three Test matches between March 16 and April 27 on their tour of the Caribbean.
