West Indies skipper Darren Sammy won the toss against Australia and opted to bowl against the host in Perth on Sunday.
Australia won the first ODI by nine wickets on Friday against West Indies.
West Indies will play the same team against Australia in the second ODI and Australia's squad also remains unchanged.
