A source informed, "Yuvi choked when a film clip showing his long battle with cancer, his treatment and messages of his friends was shown.

"But, he could not hold back the tears when his mom Shabnam Singh narrated on the sets the tough time the family went through during his ailment," the source added.

The Indian cricketer got emotional when Nitesh Bharti, a sand artist from Mumbai, presented Yuvraj’s story and fight with cancer through his art.

“Sorry yaar, I got emotional after seeing the pictures. It's difficult for a cancer patient to watch these images and there were times I didn't like seeing myself in the mirror in those days," Yuvraj expressed.

Filmmaker and co-judge of the show, Karan Johar also got emotional during the shoot and shared his thoughts.

"I can relate to Yuvi as I have been through the same situation as my father (late Yash Johar) had been through the same problems," Johar said.

"This is one platform where everyone needs a box of tissue papers," co-judge Farah Khan said.

"But Yuvi, you look handsome even while crying,” she added.
