It's all the way to Mumbai for the rocking finals. Is MSD lucky enough to lift the coveted cup. We all hope so. All the very best to MSD & his team. My message to the team is: Don't be complacent and never underestimate the Lankan Lions."DO YOUR BEST WITH YOUR BEST FOR YOUR BEST".

One thing has been clear from the semis that the body language of the Men in blues have changed a lot. The confidence level was very high. It seemed that they had finally realized the mistake and are correcting the same. It's good that this has come in right time for the final.Like I have commented before, mind games do play a vital role in success. Rather than inviting pressure, they should keep on putting pressure on the opponent. If you have observed in all the matches the team has played so far, India has been inviting trouble from a comfortable position to come under pressure. This is where the team think tank need to sort the problem out. The best thing is to put pressure on opponents the way which will confuse them and put them on backfoot. Never let the opponent get on top of you.If you do this, it's immaterial whether you win or lose the toss.

If India bat first, get on top of the bowling from the word go and put the pressure on the field like the way Sehwag did against Umar Gul. That one over cost Umar Gul his entire confidence in bowling and fielding. Not a single bowler should be allowed to dominate you. The last 10 overs of the innings is crucial and we need to maintain wickets till then. Even if we lose a wicket or two at this stage, the lower order should apply intelligently and play rather than throwing their wickets by applying rash shots. A score of 330 would be somthing to reckon with.

If India bowl first, see to it that the pressure is kept on the openers and the next two batmen. If India manages to get the first four batsmen out cheely, 80% job is done. The best thing is to open the bowling attack with Ashwin and Munaf. Introduce Zaheer in the middle of the innings when the ball gets old for the reverse swing. If you see that a partnership is building, try to introduce part time smart bowlers and ask him to confuse the batsmen with different kinds of deliveries. For eg, Raina is a kind of bowler who can take wicket as a part time bowler. Same goes with Sehwag as well. I would say, even MSD can try his luck as a bowler.

Hope to see the men in blues in Mumbai with cup in their hands.
