Great former Pakistani fast bowler Wasim Akram has opined that Indian batting legend Sachin Tendulkar should try batting for 40 overs, on which I am sure that if Sachin bats for longer, India will be immensely benefitted. "Sachin Tendulkar is key to India's chances. The team has to rally around him to get a big score on board. Tendulkar likes batting for a long period of time. He should stay in the middle for a minimum of 40-45 overs. If Tendulkar bats for long, India will get over 300 runs every time. With Sachin in the middle, it gives players like Virender Sehwag, Gautam Gambhir and Yuvraj Singh opportunity to play their natural game," he said,” Akram said. I completely agree with what Wasim has said. And even if Sachin lasts for first 25-30 overs, it would be more than enough for India to set big scores.
