In India when a boy is asked what he wants to become in life, most of them have one common answer that he wants to become a cricketer and play for India. Like millions, one more boy born to an ordinary family had the dream of becoming a part of the Indian Cricket Team.

But, this kid was different at the age of 10 he had started walking on the road of his dreams. And now in 2011 this boy holds most of the world records held by batsmen in International cricket.

Yes! This boy is none other than the GOD himself, Sir Sachin Ramesh Tendulkar. Be it the most number of matches played, highest runs, maximum centuries in both test and one day cricket or 200 not out, he holds most of the records.

Lifting the World cup in 2011 was another milestone of his carrier. He regards it as the proudest moment of his life. But these tangibles do not define the greatness of the man, but, on winning the world cup the entire team had dedicated their win to Sachin. This shows how great the man is.

But after witnessing what all this living legend has achieved in his life time my first sentence doesn’t seem very true now since if the very question was asked, the answer would say he wants to be Sachin!
