New Zealand’s former all-rounder Scott Styris is all set to play in Australia’s Big Bash League for the Hobart Hurricanes.
Styris retired from international cricket in 2011 after playing 29 Tests, 188 one-day internationals and 31 Twenty20 matches for New Zealand.
The 37-year-old cricketer has since then been playing in T20 leagues around the world.
Styris said, "I'm enjoying my involvement in franchise T20 cricket around the world and have always enjoyed the challenge of playing in Australia against Australians."
Styris and England cricketer Owais Shah are the two overseas signings for the Hurricanes this season.
