A video of Delhi High Court on Friday hearing Zohal Hamid's plea to withdraw molestation charge against Royal Challengers Bangalore player Luke Pomersbach.
Zohal's lawyers also told that and she will not be filing a defamation case against RCB owner Siddharth Mallya too.
The three made the plea jointly, terming as "unfortunate" the incident leading to registration of the FIR and saying that they have amicably settled their disputes and "wish to end it".
