Former girl friend of Australian captain Michael Clarke, Lara Bingle was seen taking part in a morning yoga session with her boy friend Hermione Underwood and their personal instructor.
Chatting to Confidential after her big TV debut on Tuesday night, Bingle said she had received "mostly positive" feedback on the first episode of Being Lara Bingle which pulled just under a million viewers.
"Which is really exciting," she said, adding: "Of course there were some negative but that is the nature of the beast and I was prepared and ready for that. At the end of the day I am being myself and people will either love me or hate me."
"I am human, I make mistakes I am not perfect and I will take responsibility for my own actions and learn from these lessons," Bingle was quoted saying by Herald Sun.
