India were chasing Australia's 284, but more importantly they need to score 254 to beat New Zealand on net run-rate, and make their way to the final. Single-handedly, Sachin Tendulkar took India close to the qualification target, when sandstorms disrupted the play. Just when making it to the final looked difficult, Tendulkar not only took them beyond that target, but for a brief while even flirted with a win. One of his best knocks till date.
