The crowd at Bhanvad village, where the final match between Sorath XI and Ram XI on Saturday took place organized by Late Hematbhai Rambhai Madam Memorial Trust, was lucky to witness the presence of Indian cricketers Virender Sehwag, Yusuf Pathan, Munaf Patel and Pragyan Ojha. Along with them Gujarat Cricket Association (GCA) vice-president and MP Parimal Nathwani was also present.

Around 120 teams participated in the tournament which was held for the district's youth. Twenty thousand people came to saw the final match which was won by Sorath XI.

Poonam Madam, president of Hematbhai Rambhai Madam Memorial Trust, presented Rs 35,000 and a trophy to the winners. Ram XI, the runners-up, was presented a cheque of Rs 25,000 and a trophy. Star cricketers of the Indian team presented individual prizes and trophies.

Music band and DJ entertained the spectators. The people celebrated the event with a music band and a DJ. MLAs Raghavji Patel and Jawaharbhai Chavda and several local as well as district leaders were present till the event got over. Organizers had to manage the excited spectators who tried to get a glimpse of their favourite cricketers closely.
