That's all we have for you from here. Do join us for the final ODI on 23rd February. Until then take care.....
Alastair Cook: The way we bowled upfront was fantastic and that set the tone for us. Finn kept it tight at one end and generated good pace. It was a decent total and we did well to chase it down. Root has been a revelation and he has a strong head on his shoulders. Bowling in these grounds with short boundaries is difficult, but our bowlers did well. We are looking forward to playing well in the last ODI.
Brendon McCullum: We were 20 runs short, but 270 was a decent total and we didn't get any early breakthroughs. James Anderson was superb today and that made the difference. I was very pleased with Taylor's knock and that should boost his confidence. Nathan and Kane bowled well in the middle, but we couldn't get wickets at regular intervals. We fought hard and hope to win the series 2-1.
A convincing win for England after they lost the first match. They bowled well collectively, with Anderson leading the pack with a fifer. Chasing 270, they got off to a solid start with the skipper leading from the front with a solid half century. They lost the openers in the middle overs, but Trott and Root stitched a match winning partnership of 121 runs for the 3rd wicket. Root particularly impressed one and all with his range of shots and stayed unbeaten on 79 till the end.
