OUT! M Starc 2(4)
Mishra comes in. Haddin top-edges a slog-sweep towards deep mid-wicket. Ajinkya Rahane takes a comfortable catch at the deep. That was a poor shot from the experienced Haddin. Mitchell Starc is the next batsman in.

Amit Mishra has been brought into the attack. He gives away only five runs in the over. Australia’s required run-rate is 11.37 now.

Watson to bowl the last over of the innings. Yuvraj hits one straight to Maxwell at long-off. Jadeja drives one through point and gets two runs. Watson then bowls a full-toss and Jadeja edges it to third-man for a single. Watson then bowls a front-foot no-ball to Ravichandran Ashwin. The free-hit is only fetches two runs towards deep backward square-leg. Watson bowls a full-toss and Ashwin comes down the track. The ball hits him on the pads and Jadeja runs to the batsman’s end. Watson quickly collects the ball and knocks the bails off. India manage to post 159 for seven.
OUT! Y Singh 60(43), R Jadeja 3(3)
Starc also to bowl his final over. He bowls a waist-high full-toss and Yuvraj pulls it towards deep mid-wicket for a single. The umpires have not called it for a no-ball, though it could have been. Dhoni then moves to the leg side and tries to hit a length delivery on the off side. He misses and gets bowled. Ravindra Jadeja is the next batsman in.
OUT! MS Dhoni 24(20)
Watson to bowl. He bowls one short and Yuvraj hooks it behind for a four towards fine-leg. The ball just bounced ahead of the boundary line. Yuvraj then flicks a low full-toss over deep mid-wicket for a six. That is his eighth half-century in T20Is. The next ball is again short and Yuvraj manages to get it over and behind Brad Haddin for a four.
Starc comes into the attack. He bowls one short and Dhoni hooks the ball for a six over fine-leg. A cameraman behind the boundary took evasive action to get away from the trajectory of the ball. That brought about a laugh in the ground. Yuvraj then flicked a full delivery over wide mid-on. Maxwell could not stop it at the boundary and the ball went for a four. Yuvraj then gives himself room to a full delivery and plays a lofted drive over over wide long-off for a six.
Bollinger to bowl his final over. He bowls one wide and Dhoni flat-bats it over wide mid-off for a four. Dhoni then pulls a back of a length delivery through deep square-leg for two runs.
Watson has been brought into the attack. Yuvraj swats a short delivery towards mid-wicket and gets a single. Dhoni then pushes one on the leg side and also gets a single. Watson bowls a loose full-toss outside off-stump, but Yuvraj can only find deep extra-cover for a single. Watson bowls one wide outside off-stump and then one down the leg side. Dhoni runs two and that is the 100 for India.
James Muirhead comes into the attack. Yuvraj plays a length delivery well over deep mid-wicket for a six. Muirhead again bowls one short and Yuvraj rocks back and pulls the ball for another six over deep mid-wicket. Dhoni then cuts one in front of point and gets two runs. A total of 17 runs came in that over.
Hodge comes back into the attack. He tosses one outside off-stump. Yuvraj comes down the track and whips one through wide long-on for a four. There is an appeal for LBW against Dhoni, but the ball pitched well outside leg-stump.
Maxwell to bowl his final over. Raina comes down the track and lofts one towards long-on. He does not get the distance nor the height. Aaron Finch takes a simple catch. MS Dhoni is the next batsman in.
OUT! S Raina 6(10)
Bollinger comes in. Yuvraj hits one through long-off for a four. Yuvraj pushes one on the off side and takes off for a single. He slips and falls as Warner throws at the stumps. The throw misses the stumps, but Yuvraj manages to come back into the crease.
Maxwell drops Raina’s return catch off his own bowling. Overall five runs come in the over.
There goes another! Ajinkya Rahane tries to late cut one outside the off-stump by Doug Bollinger, but gets an edge. Brad Haddin takes an easy catch. India in bit of a bother here. Only two runs scored in that over.
OUT! A Rahane c B Haddin b D Bollinger 19(16)
Impressive by Maxwell as he gives away only one run in that over. There was a scare for Rahane who had come down half the pitch while Yuvraj the striker had shouted a big no.
BIG WICKET! Kohli tries to hit rookie leg-spinner James Muirhead over the covers, but finds Cameron White near the boundary. This is a huge wicket for the young leg-spinner. Out-of-form Yuvraj Singh walks in. Good opportunity for him to get some much-needed runs. 50 up for India but they have lost their batting mainstay.
OUT! V Kohli c C White b J Muirhead 23(22)
Doug Bollingers comes into the attack now and sends down an impressive first over. The fourth ball was however put away for a four by Rahane through square leg. Indians manage seven more runs in the sixth over of the game.
Starc continues and Rahane dances down the pitch to slam a boundary through covers. Another over wherein seven runs have been added.
Shane Watson in the attack now and Kohli smashes one outside the off to the midwicket area. Whattay shot that was! India add seven more runs to their total.
Mitchell Starc comes on to bowl and Kohli gets a boundary on the third ball. The ball was outside the off stump Kohli threw his bat at it. The ball hit the bottom of the bat and raced to boundary through third man area. Seven runs added off Starc.
Glenn Maxwell deployed from the other end as Indians scramble to add nine runs off him. The final ball was slammed for a six by Virat Kohli over the midwicket boundary.
Surprise, surprise! Brad Hodge has started off the proceedings for Australia in this inconsequential match. Gets success immediately as Rohit is caught at short third man on the fourth ball. Earlier in the over, Rohit put away the first ball, a very bad one down the leg, for a four.
OUT! R Sharma c Muirhead b Hodge 5(3)

Hello and welcome to the live updates of this Group 1 Super 10s clash in the ICC World T20 2014 between Australia and India at Dhaka. Prior to the start of the ICC World Twenty20 (T20) 2014, one would have felt that this contest would have been one-sided with the Australians dominating the out-of-sorts India. But, how have the tables turned? Australia need a miracle to get through to the next round as they get ready to face India, who have already qualified for the semi-finals. India have been dominant, winning their three games quite comprehensively, whereas Australia have had two close encounters but failed to cross the line by losing the plot at critical junctures. I am  Shrikant Shankar and I will be bringing you all the live updates.
