Bhuvneshwar Kumar is the Man of the Match. He took four wickets for 14 in his four overs. Well that is it from me for now. Hope you enjoyed our coverage. Join us again tomorrow. Till then have a great day!

That brings up Rajasthan’s 100 in the over.
Bhuvneshwar comes back into the attack. Faulkner mistimes one high in the air and Finch takes the catch at straight long-on. Bhatia then top-edges a slog-sweep and Warner takes the catch at deep mid-wicket. Bhuvneshwar is on a hat-trick, but Kane Richardson drives a full delivery towards cover-point for a single. Richardson then hits one in the air and is caught by Bhuvneshwar. He gets his third wicket in the over.

Steyn has been brought back into the attack. Smith slices a full delivery high in the air. Irfan takes a brilliant catch running backwards from mid-off. James Faulkner is the next batsman in. He gets of the mark with a single towards deep point.
OUT! S Smith 22(33)
Mishra to bowl his final over. He finishes his spell with only two runs in the over.
Irfan comes into the attack. Smith hits one towards deep mid-wicket and takes off for two runs. David Warner gets a direct-hit at the bowler’s end and Binny is run out. Hyderabad have increased their chances of winning the match. The second Strategic Time-Out has been taken in the innings.
OUT! S Binny 12(19)
Mishra bowls a length delivery. Binny edges a cut shot and Ojha takes the catch. The players appeal loudly, but the umpire says not out. Binny is a very lucky man.
Henriques comes back into the attack. Binny thumps a straight down the wicket, but the ball strikes the stumps and he gets no runs. Binny then gets two runs towards deep backward square-leg.
Mishra continues. He bowls a sharp googly, but Smith somehow keeps the ball out. Only four runs come from the over.
Karn Sharma bowls one outside off-stump. Rajasthan’s 50 comes up in this over. Smith comes forward and misses the turning delivery. Naman Ojha fails to collect the ball and it races away for four byes. That was a stumping opportunity.
Amit Mishra comes into the attack. He bowls one wide and Binny cuts towards deep point for a single. Mishra bowls a googly and the ball hits the pads of Steven Smith. He appeals and it is turned down by the umpire.
Karn Sharma continues. It is a very good over from the leg-spinner. Only three runs come from it. The first Strategic Time-Out has been taken.
Moises Henriques has been brought into the attack. He bowls a full delivery and Watson flicks it away for a four towards deep square-leg. Henriques bowls a length delivery outside off-stump and Watson goes for the cut. He edges it to the wicketkeeper and is out. Hyderabad have a very good chance now.
OUT! S Watson 11(10)
Karn Sharma comes into the attack. Samson comes down the pitch and is beaten by the flight of the delivery. Karn bowled a straighter one and the ball goes in-between the bat and pads and strikes the stumps. Do Hyderabad have a sniff here?
OUT! S Samson 16(16)
Bhuvneshwar tow bowl. It is a tight over from him as he only gives away five runs from it. Watson actually got three runs on the last delivery.
Steyn comes in and Samson plays a brilliant lofted straight drive for a six. That is the first six of the match. Hyderabad did not hit one. Steyn then bowls a fierce bouncer to Nair. He misses with his hook shot. Steyn then bowls one full and wide and Nair drives the ball behind point for a four. Nair then edges a length delivery to the wicketkeeper.
OUT! K Nair 12(9)
Bhuvnesh continues. Samson pushes one towards point and sets off for a single. The throw comes in and Nair would have been out if there was a direct-hit. But there isn’t one. Nair then chips one in the air towards wide mid-on for a four.
Dale Steyn will bowl the second over. Samson hits one over mid-off for a four. Nair then gets of the mark with a flick towards fine-leg for a four as well.
Ajinkya Rahane and Karun Nair will begin the run-chase for Rajasthan Royals. Bhuvneshwar Kumar will open the bowling. He dismisses Rahane on the third delivery for a duck. He bowled a wide delivery and Rahane edged the ball to David Warner at point. Sanju Samson is the next batsman in. He gets of the mark with a single towards third-man.
OUT! A Rahane 0(3)

Faulkner to bowl the 20th and final over of the innings. Irfan top-edges a wide delivery in the air towards deep point. The ball falls safely and Irfan gets two runs. Irfan then misses a length delivery and takes off for a single. Samson gets a direct-hit at the batsman’s end as Steyn is run-out. Amit Mishra is the next batsman in. Faulkner bowls a yorker and the ball misses everything en route to the boundary for four byes. Mishra then gets run-out in the most bizare of manners. He missed one from Faulkner and sets off for a single. Samson misses with the direct hit. Faulkner then aims and he too misses with his attempt. Mishra, all this while, is walking back to his crease looking at Irfan. Samson finally gets the direct-hit as Mishra is casually walking back. That was utterly poor cricket from Mishra. Irfan then hammers the last ball for a four down the ground. Sunrisers Hyderabad have been restricted to 134/9 in their 20 overs.
OUT! D Steyn 9(8), A Mishra 0(2)
Richardson to bowl his final over. Steyn moves towards the leg side and cuts a length delivery over backward-point for a four. But that was the only boundary which came in the over.
Faulkner to bowl. He gives only four runs in the over. Hyderabad just cannot get the boundaries.
Watson comes in. Henriques hammers a length delivery towards long-off. He did not get enough distance and Rahane took the catch in the deep. Karn Sharma is the next batsman in and he edges the first delivery to Samson. Watson has got a hat-trick. Watson had dismissed Dhawan on the last ball of the fourth over and has come back into the attack only in this over. Dale Steyn comes out to bat. Irfan edges the last ball towards third-man for a four.
OUT! M Henriques 9(13), K Sharma 0(1)
Richardson has been brought back into the attack. He is bowling wide of the left-handed Irfan. Two balls just bounce over the bat as Irfan tries to drive. Irfan swings his bat hard at another wide delivery and gets a thick outside-edge. The ball bounces in front of the third-man fielder and Irfan gets one run.
Faulkner comes into the attack. He only gives three runs off the first five deliveries. Henriques then comes down the track and flat-bats a length delivery over straight mid-off for a four. That brings up Sunrisers Hyderabad’s 100. The second Strategic Time-Out has been taken.
Tambe to also bowl his final over. He only gives four singles in the over. Tambe finishes with figures of one for 21 in his four overs.
Bhatia to bowl his final over. The first three deliveries result in three singles. The fourth delivery is a dot delivery. Bhatia bowls a good length delivery on off-stump. The moves slightly away after pitching and Ojha gets bowled. Irfan Pathan flicks the first delivery towards fine-leg for two runs.
OUT! N Ojha 17(19)
Tambe continues. Ojha comes down the track and hits the ball over the umpire for a four down the ground. Ojha then drives a full delivery through wide long-off for one run. It could have been two, but Steven Smith does well to restrict the batsmen. Warner comes forward and misses a wide delivery. Sanju Samson clips the bails quickly to stump Warner. Hyderabad are in trouble. Moises Henriques gets of the mark with a single towards mid-off.
OUT! D Warner 6(7)
Bhatia to bowl. It is a good over from Bhatia. Only five runs come from it. Hyderabad need to get a move on here.
Tambe comes in. David Warner is the next batsman in. All of Hyderabad’s hopes rest on Warner now, at least one would feel so. Warner gets of the mark with a single towards deep cover. Warner to-edges a slog-sweep, but the ball falls safely towards mid-wicket.
Bhatia continues. The first four deliveries result in singles. The fifth delivery is driven by Rahul through wide long-off for two runs. Rahul then attempts a sweep and misses. The ball sneaks in and Rahul gets bowled.
OUT! KL Rahul 18(18)
Pravin Tambe has been brought into the attack. Remember that he took a hat-trick against Kolkata Knight Riders in his previous. So, his confidence will be very high. It is a very tight over from the leg-spinner.
Rajat Bhatia to bowl his right-arm mediums. He pitches one on a length and Finch pulls of the back-foot through wide long-on for a four. Bhatia again bowls a similar delivery and Finch mishits his pull to Ajinkya Rahane at deep mid-midwicket. Rahane dives forward and takes a very good catch.
OUT! A Finch 9(10)
James Faulkner comes into the attack. He bowls a back of a length delivery and Finch can only manage to hit the ball towards backward square-leg for a single. Rahul then guides a wide delivery towards third-man for a single. Sunrisers Hyderabad get their 50 in this over. The first Strategic Time-Out has been taken in the innings.
KL Rahul is the next batsman in. Kulkarni pitches one up and Rahul drives it through mid-on for a four to get of the mark. Kulkarni then bowls one wide and Rahul drives the ball square on the off side for another four.
Shane Watson has brought himself into the attack. Dhawan comes down the track and hits a length delivery in the air straight of mid-on for a four. Watson bowls one short and Dhawan hooks the ball over short fine-leg for a four. Watson then bowls a good length delivery and the ball keeps a bit low. Dhawan cannot get his bat down in time and the ball clips the off-stump.
OUT! S Dhawan 33(20)
Richardson continues. Finch finally gets strike and gets of the mark immediately with a single down the ground. The next four deliveries all result in singles. The last ball of the over is hit for a four behind point by Dhawan.
Dhawal Kulkarni shares the bowling with Richardson. He bowls a back of a length delivery and Dhawan pushes the ball through cover for a four. Kulkarni then bowls a similar delivery and Dhawan guides it through the gap behind point for a four.
Shikhar Dhawan and Aaron Finch walk out to bat for Sunrisers Hyderabad. Kane Richardson will begin proceedings for Rajasthan Royals. The first delivery to Dhawan gets a massive inside-edge and goes past the wicketkeeper for a four. Dhawan then cuts a wide delivery for a four through point. He takes a single towards mid-off on the last ball.

Hello and welcome to CricketCountry’s Live Blog of Match 30 of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2014 between Rajasthan Royals and Sunrisers Hyderabad. Rajasthan are in third position in the IPL 7 Points Table. Hyderabad are in seventh place in the standings. This is Shrikant Shankar and I will be bringing you the over-by-over updates of the match.

Rajasthan have been on a roll in IPL 7. After an indifferent start to the competition, Shane Watson’s side have gone a four-match winning streak. They now have 10 points from seven matches. Ajinkya Rahane, Sanju Samson and Watson have done well for them in the batting department. James Faulkner and Pravin Tambe have excelled in the bowling. Hyderabad have lost four matches from six and have only two points. Cleaning up the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) top order in no time, Hyderabad were on course for a certain win before AB de Villiers decided to take matters in his own hands and played one of the all-time great IPL knocks so far. Sunrisers should not let their defeat affect their mental state and should quickly aim to get back to winning ways.
