And the second also belong to Pakistan. After getting a bog score they have also managed to pick up the wicket of Chris Rogers. David Warner started well as he scored three boundaries in the first over from Imran Khan but in the end Pakistan will go back confidently. Tomorrow will be a important day for Australia. They will need to get some partnerships going if they need to get anywhere close to Pakistan’s total.
OUT!!Rogers c Sarfraz Ahmed b Imran Khan

Finally, Pakistan give their declaration as they sum up their first innings for 570 for the loss of six. Paksitan have done a great job and they believe that theu could continue it with the ball as well. However, it remains to be seen what approach do Australia come up with and how would they fair with the bat after failing to shine with the ball.

OUT!!!!!!!!! Asad Shafiq has to depart for 21 after facing 32 deliveries. Trying to steer the innings forward was bowled off a good delivery from Mitchell Starc. Trying to cut, the ball takes the inside edge and crashes on to the stumps.
Asad Shafiq 21(32) b Starc

The 550 comes up for Pakistan, and it has already grown difficult and tough for the Aussies. They would love to see Pakistan declare from here as they would want to give some rest to their tiring body and try their hands out with the bat after failing with the ball.

OUT!!!!!!! Younis Khan departs for a brilliant 213 off 349 deliveries as Peter Siddle knocks his middle-stump over. A solid, tiring but a match-winning innings comes to an end, however, the result of the match is still awaited. Nevertheless, a solid start to the post-tea session as both the batsmen were off to a flyer.
Younis Khan 213(349) b Siddle

Another session in Pakistan’s kitty. Younis walks off to a huge applause. The spectators have poured in to watch Younis bat.

Finally something for Australia. Steven Smith takes a return catch to send back Misbah. Miscued it and the ball scoops back to the bowler.
OUT! Misbah-ul-Haq c & b Smith 101(168)

After Younis, it’s turn for Misbah to celebrate as he gets his century. Paksitan have really turned on the heat at the tough conditions in Dubai and Australia seem to lost in the middle of the desert, unable to find any solution to turn things in their favour. Another huge ovation from the Abu Dhabi crowd.

It’s a double ton for Younis Khan. What a blistering knock! He has been a sensation for Pakistan right from the begginning of the Test series and has outplayed the Australian bowling attack. He also brings up the 500 for Pkaistan. A huge ovation from the Abu Dhabi crowd.

The 450 comes up for Pakistan and it just keeps getting bigger and harder for Australia as they would need to ctach up with the maamoth target being set by them if not win, at least to draw the series. However, it’s not going to work being alredy 1-0 down in the sries.

Godd five overs from Pakistan’s perspectives. Sensible play as keep steering the innings towards a big total. Meanwhile, skipper Misbah ul Haq scored the maximum Tests runs by a Pakistan skipper.

It’s 150 up for Younis Khan. He has been sensational in this Test series so far and is turning out to be a huge asset for Pakistan. If he stays long enough in the crease, he could surely prove to be fatal for the opponent and that is what he is proving to the Aussies at present. Australia would love to get rid of him as quickly as possible. Meanwhile Younis equals Javed Miandad’s record of most 150+ scores in Tests.

First over after lunch and no harm done as both batsman look to steer the innings forward and post a big total. Younis Khan well on his course to the 150 mark.

Fifty up for the skipper, Misbah ul Haq. A brilliant knock in difficult conditions. The fifty coming in around 80 balls despite Australia bowling in good areas, however few poor deliveries resulted in getting hit for six and boundaries. Younis Khan too nears 150.

Good gameplay by both the batsmen of Pakistan as no harm done by thew Australian bowlers. Few loose deliveries in the last five overs as they were punished. The fifty run partnership is also up for the fourth wicket by the present batsmen as Misbah nears his half-century.

Again a good five overs from Pakistan’s perspective. Everything goinf accordin to the plans and the way Pakistan had planned. Few boundaries coming up from both Misbah and Younis as the partnership has worth 37 runs so far of 71 deliveries, which is quite impressive.

No harm done in the next five overs as both batsmen, Younis Khan and Misbah-ul-Haq continue to play brilliantly. Misbah ht a few big shots and displayed his brilliant batting skills as Younis continues to play his natural game.

OUT!!!!!!! Azhar Ali departs for a good knock of 109, however he failed to stay long at the creases today. Starc dismissed him of with a good one which was handed back to keeper, David Warner, who is keepeing for Brad Haddin as he has walked out of the ground owing to the injury he suffered earlier in his right shoulder.
Azhar Ali 109(250) c Warner b Starc

Another good two overs from Australia. No room given to the batsmen to free their arms as they bowled a good length. Was a close chane for a caught behind for Younis Khan but fell short of Haddin as he hurt his right shoulder in the process, but nothing serious as he still continues to keep.

Another good over from both the team’s point of view. No undue risks taken. Certain loose balls been tried to be played by the batsmen, but not good enough and well fielded by the Australians.

Another sensible over from Pakistan’s point of view. However, could have been different had David Warner not dropped Younis Khanon 114 off Mitchell Johnson in the first ball of the 91st over.

Good start to the first over of the day. A amiden to start of with Mitchell Johnson bowling a good length while the batsman not trying to play other than just checking the early morning conditions.

Pakistan and Australia clash on the Day Two of the ongoing second Test at the Sheikh Zayed Stadium in Abu Dhabi. Younis and Azhar Ali are set to walk out to the pitch at the onset of the second day and will resume from their overnight scores of 111 and 101 respectively.

For Australia, as many as eight bowlers tried their luck with the cherry but weren’t able to find much success. The final session, which was 33-over long yielded no wicket, and saw the likes Steven Smith, Michael Clarke, Mitchell Marsh and Glenn Maxwell bowl some overs to give their regular bowlers some rest.
