Western Australia are all set to take on New South Wales in the Matador Cup Final at the Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG) on Sunday. The Matador Cup is Australia’s domestic 50-over competition. While Western Australia got a direct entry in to the final topping the table with 25 points, New South Wales edged past Queensland in the eliminator.
Both teams have some key players. Shane Watson will be the start player for the Wales. He is making a comeback from injury. The Wales also have a good pace attack in Doug Bollingers, Josh Hazlewood and Pat Cummins.
Meanwhile, the Western Australians have a solid batting line-up with Adam Voges, Craig Simmons and Sam Whitemean.
