OUT! S Islam b Roach 14 (24)

Another one bites the dust as Jerome Taylor claims his 100th wicket in his Test career! Robiul Islam is trapped in front of the wickets as West Indies are now only one wicket away from a win.
OUT! Robiul Islam lbw b Taylor 0 (4)

Whatte delivery! Jerome Taylor finds the gap between Mushfiqur Rahim’s bat and pads as the tourists have lost their last recognised batsman and captain. West Indies two wickets away from a massive win.
OUT! M Rahim b Taylor 11 (54)

And just when things were looking all right for Bangladesh, Ben strikes once again, bagging his fifth wicket in the innings. Taijul Islam is out and Bangladesh are slowly moving towards another huge defeat.
OUT! T Islam c & b Benn 4 (12)

It’s falling apart for Bangladesh pretty quickly! Sulieman Benn traps Nasir Hossain in front of the wickets as Bangladesh lose their fourth wicket in this final session.
OUT! N Hossain lbw Benn 2 (10)

It’s all falling apart quickly for Bangladesh. Poor stroke by Mominul as he tries to smash one off Benn on the leg side, but a sharp catch by Gabriel ends his stay at the crease.
OUT! M Haque c Gabriel b Benn 56 (139)

Excellent bowling by Shannon Gabriel as he gets one into Mahmudullah, who is trapped in front of the wickets. The batsman reviews the decision but replays show the ball was hitting the leg stump. Bangladesh in trouble at the moment.
OUT! Mahmudullah lbw b Gabriel 0 (6)

Finally a breakthrough for the West Indies! Sulieman Benn gets Tamim Iqbal caught by Shannon Gabriel for 64 as the West Indies have managed to break a stubborn partnership.
OUT! T Iqbal c Gabriel b Benn 64 (181)

Tamim Iqbal and Mominul Haque have now extended their third-wicket stand to 107 runs, with the latter smashing his half-century. This is Mominul’s fifth half-century in Test cricket. Strong performance so far by the Bangladeshi batsmen.

Tamim Iqbal and Mominul Haque have resumed the innings in the same passion post tea break. They are producing an inspired show for Bangladesh, somwthing that should get them going.
A well-deserved half-century for Tamim as he has batted exceptionally well on this day.

The drizzle gets heavy and the players walk off the field. Excellent session for Bangladesh. Early tea taken so both the batsmen can take this as a positive outcome. They’ve survived one full session and the pitch is not that threatening too.

Dropped! Darren Bravo drops Mominul Haque in the slips off Jerome Taylor. Taylor had been bowling a few back of length deliveries, but this time he squared up the batsman but found no support from the fielder. These two have added 61 runs for the third wicket so far.

Tamim Iqbal is slowly & steadily coming to his usual self. He hit a six and a four off Suleimann Benn’s over. This partnership is blooming giving and have finally put some pressure on Windies bowlers.

Shannon Gabriel and Suleiman Benn are bowling from either ends. These two batsmen have looked solid in the post lunch session so far.

Tamim continues his vigil post lunch. He was extremely cautious right from the start while his team lost two wickets. The partnership seems steady for now. These two have added 20 in less than 10 overs.

It’s lunch on Day two and once again the session belongs to West Indies. They managed to pick two wickets.

Suleiman Benn strikes. Anamul Haque is caught behind for a duck. Bangladesh are looking out of sorts once again.
OUT! A Haque c Ramdin b Benn 0(8)

Pull, pull and perish. Shamsur forgot that this is Test cricket and you can’t get away with everything. Another short ball from Taylor and he pulls it straight to the fielder in the deep.
OUT! S Rahman c Edwards b Taylor 39(27)

Doesn’t matter how big the target and pressure is, Shamsur Rahman is giving a tough time to jerome Taylor. One four and two consecutive sixes.

First boundary for Bangladesh comes off the bat of Shamsur Rahman. Last ball of the second over was pitched up and Rahman drives it confidently. Taylor started off the proceedings and Tamim Iqbal has faced more of Taylor. He hasn’t looked comfortable.

Shivnarine Chanderpaul goes past Don Bradman in number of Test tons. 30th Test ton for him and West indies declare. They need 489 runs to win.

Blackwood completed his fifty on the last ball of the 73rd over. His second fifty in Tests. These two have added 30 in the last four overs. Bangladesh have produced an ordinary effort with the ball this morning.

Taijul Islam started off the proceedings and Bangladesh went for a review for a leg-before appeal against Blackwood but the review was unsuccessful. Bangladesh have adopted a defensive field and there has been no problems for the overnight batsmen in scoring.

Shivnarine Chanderpaul (63 not out) and Jermaine Blackwood (43 not out) added 108 runs for the fifth wicket to put the West Indies ahead, after Bangladesh made early breakthroughs in the final session.

Earlier It was sensational bowling performance from Kemar Roach as he ran through the weak Bangladesh batting. He has so far bagged five for 33. The right-armer scythed though the middle order to send Bangladesh stumbling to the close of the second day at 104 for seven in their first innings, in reply to the West Indies’ 380 all out. Opener Tamim Iqbal was the only one to put on some respectable score with an innings of 48. Eevntually the visitors were all out at 161.
