One of the intriguing aspects of the innings was the fact that Rangana Herath, leading wicket-taker of the side, did not get a bowl in a completed innings for the first time in his 60-Test career. It was probably a justified move, given that Herath had an ordinary outing in the first Test at Galle, with figures of 30-4-99-1 and 4.2-0-30-0. However, given his class, one can be sure that he will certainly bounce back: 262 Test wickets at 29.94 do not come easily. Sri Lanka dominate Pakistan on Day 1 of 2nd Test at Colombo
