Jun 4, 2014

AB de Villiers has been named the Fan’s Cricketer of the Year at the Cricket South Africa (CSA) Awards. De Villiers is the captain of the South African One-Day International (ODI) team and is one of the most popular players not just in South Africa but in the world. he is easily the most accomplished batsman across the three formats.

De Villiers is a leading batsman in all formats and can fine tune his game according to the situation. In Test cricket, he can be calm and resolute while holding the innings. But, in the shortest version, he can smash it around a mile and take on the best bowlers in the world fearlessly. Ask his friend Dale Steyn, he can tell you all about it.
