Dairy giant, Amul, in tradition with creating posters on important current issues, has released a poster on social media platforms on Yuvraj Singh, which says, “Where’s the Yu, Vi used to know?”. The poster also has the tagline, “Always in form!” — which was often associated with Yuvraj till a few years back.
Amul has always celebrated cricket’s achievements in India through their trademark posters, and have also criticised wrongdoings in the same way.
While Yuvraj’s home in Chandigarh was pelted with stones by local goons after his dismal show in the ICC World T20 2014 final, fans on the social media vouched for him as the media and the fans on the social media highly criticised such horrendous reaction of the public.
While Amul’s poster raises questions on Yuvraj’s form, it also asks in a friendly tone, as to where is the confidence of the dashing left-hander.
