Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has asked former India captain Anil Kumble to submit a report of his analysis on India’s dismal performance in England.

According to a report in Mid Day, Kumble will submit the report on October 29.

Kumble is likely to be given the task of reviewing the series and suggest ways for future. In fact, Kumble even shared some of his views during the last working committee meeting.

India were dethroned from their No. 1 spot in the Test rankings by England after they lost the Test series 0-4. Resultantly, they dropped to the third spot in the ICC rankings.

The team’s poor run continued in the One-Day International series, as despite a few individual performances, the World Cup-winning team failed to notch a single match against England.
