Bangladesh are struggling in chase of 172 against West Indies in the ICC World T20 2014 Group 2. They lost three wickets in the form of Shakib Al Hasan, Anamul Haque and Tamim Iqbal.
It could be the fielding which could make the difference between the two teams. In chase of 172, Tamim was the first to go when he played in the air and Dwayne Bravo took a good catch running to his right at mid-off. An over later, Denesh Ramdin pulled off a brilliant stumping to send back Anamul Haque for 10 off seven balls dismissed by Krishmar Santokie.
But the biggest jolt came in the next ball, when Santokie’s good length delivery swung back in and Shakib played the wrong line to his stumps disturbed.
Earlier, West Indies batsmen, despite a scratchy performance went on to post 171 for seven with a 43-ball 72 from Dwayne Smith. Chris Gayle sscored a subdued 48 from 48 balls.
