Anamul Haque missed a successive opportunity to score his 4th One-Day International ton in the third ODI against Zimbabwe at Dhaka. After missing out on a century in the previous game where he fell short by a mere 20 runs, he came tantalisingly close this time around only to be snapped up by Tafadzwa Kamungozi, for 95. Had Anamul scored another 5 runs he would have held a unique distinction of having scored more Hundreds than half centuries in ODI cricket for Bangladesh. As things stand, he now has three tons and the same number of half centuries to his name . He was also part of a successive hundred run opening stand with Tamim Iqbal. The Duo added 121 and put Bangladesh in a position of command.
