Kings XI Punjab (KXIP) lose their openers against Mumbai Indians (MI) in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2014. Glenn Maxwell came to the crease against his former team and will be looking to carry the same forward. Corey Anderson has given away runs in the first over but got the vital wicket of Cheteshwar Pujara.

Zaheer Khan looks in good form and his first two overs has been tight. Lasith Malinga, Mumbai’s strike bowler hasn’t got a chance to bowl yet and with Zaheer, Jasprit Bumrah has opened the bowling attack.

Cheteshwar Pujara looked in sublime form and had  got off to a good start but played a wide shot and got caught behind the wicket. Virender Sehwag on the other end was trying to take a quick single and got run out. Sehwag who has looked  good in this years tournament couldn’t make an impact.
