Chris Gayle lauded by cricket fraternity after stunning knock against Pune Warriors India

Chris Gayle‘s fastest hundred in the history of Indian Premier League (IPL) for Royal Challengers Bangalore against Pune Warriors India made the world sit up and take notice on him.

Mahendra Singh Dhoni tweeted: “Life is all about taking the right decision,seeing Gayle bat today I think I took the right decision of being a wicket keeper.”

Former India opener and cricket expert Aakash Chopra tweeted: “Money isn’t directly proportionate to the output…two players from the same team Gayle at 550k and Tiwary at 1.6 Million. Go figure!”

Rohit Sharma tweeted: “Practice cancelled due to bad whether here. Time to put our feet up and enjoy the Gayle storm.”

Dale Steyn bowled a good Super Over to Gayle at Hyderabad. But today the carnage at Bangalore elated Steyn who tweeted : ” That’s landed at Bangalore airport…”

Jesse Ryder tweeted: ” Take a bow Chris Gayle unbelievable batting.”

Suresh Raina tweeted: “A ball just flew past Chepauk! Did it come from Chinnaswamy.”

Nathan Bracken was terse in his tweet. “Hats off,” said Bracken.

Harbhajan Singh was jubilant. He tweeted: “Gayle gayle gayle all the way. Never seen something like this.jamiacan style maaaan.gayle rule.wow this is insane.yaaa maaan.”
