West Indies all-rounder Darren Sammy thanked Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) for including him in their side, as he would then not have to bowl to the destructive trio of AB de Villiers, Chris Gayle and Virat Kohli, who are currently ranked among the best batsmen in the shorter formats of cricket. Sammy’s posted the statement on his official Twitter account following West Indies’ 257-run hammering at the hands of South Africa in their ICC Cricket World Cup 2015 match at Sydney.
