In the second match of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2014, JP Duminy and Ross Taylor put Delhi Daredevils (DD) set for a Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) on course for a decent score. Duminy has brought up his half-century with a six and four of Ashok Dinda’s bowling.
Duminy decided to go after Yuvraj Singh initially and smashed a straight six.Yuvraj was unperturbed and tied the South African southpaw down for the rest of the over, but the six showed intent. The six brought the fifty partnership for pair. Mitchell Starc, who started the damage early on in the innings had an unimpressive second coming.Starc had bowled a no-ball but atoned for his sins by restricting the no-ball for just a single.
Dinda was brought on during the 17th over of the match and got smashed for a four and a six. Dinda has had an ordinary evening and was latched onto by Duminy. Earlier, Bangalore captain Virat Kohli won the toss and decided to send Delhi Daredevils in to bat.
