New Delhi: Geeta Basra, who is all set to marry Indian cricketer Harbhajan Singh, will wear royal and timeless jewellery on her wedding in Jalandhar on October 29. Vadodra based jeweler, Ketan Choksi, owner of Narayan Jewellers and the one who is designing jewellery for the couple, said that when they were approached by the actress they showcased their complete collection out of which ‘The Train’ star found royal and timeless jewellery perfect ones. Narayan Jewellers has also designed Sarpech and haar for the cricketer and has kept it simple as per the taste of the player. As per the previous reports, Geeta will wear a red and gold vintage style wedding dress, designed by Archana Kochhar.
Harbhajan Singh is currently playing in the Indian cricket team for the South Africa‘s tour to India. One of the most eligible bachelors in the country currently, Harbhajan has been dating Geeta Basra for a long time now. Rumors were out that the couple will get married by the end of 2015 and the news got confirmed later on by both. While Harbhajan is a prominent member of men in blue and has represented the nation in many victorious events such as 2011 Cricket World Cup, Geeta Basra is an Indian model turned actress who has acted in Bollywood films like ‘Dil Diya Hain’ and ‘The Train’. Harbhajan Singh has booked 200 rooms of a five-star hotel near his hometown, according to Times of India. The much talked couple are all set to get married on October 29.
