England batsman Ian Bell has been ruled out of the fifth and final One-Day International (ODI) against India following a fractured toe. Bell, who did made way for Gary Ballance in the fourth ODI, has not recovered sufficiently enough to play what is now an inconsequential match against India following the loss of the fourth ODI and with it the series.
Bell is currently the second-highest run-scorer for England in ODIs behind former captain Paul Collingwood.
