England Have announced the 15-man squad for the ICC World Cup 2014, which commences on February 14. England, therefore become the first team to announce their World Cup squad. Eoin Morgan will lead the team after Alastair Cook got the sack on December 19. The team also features Batsmen Moeen Ali, Gary Ballance, Ian Bell, Alex Hales, Joe Root and James Taylor.
The bowlers making up the squad are James Anderson, Stuart Broad, Steven Finn, Chris Jordan, Chris Woakes and off-spinner James Tredwell. All-rounder Ravi Bopara has also made it to the squad along with Wicket-Keeper Jos Butler.
The team will head to Australia in January 2015 to play a tri-series, which also include India and Australia ahead of the ICC World Cup 2015.
