Australia lost three early wickets in their run-chase of 160 against India in the ICC World T20 2014 encounter at the Shere Bangla National Stadium, Mirpur. They have lost the wickets of Aaron Finch and Cameron White, who replaced James Faulkner for this game and Shane Watson’s wicket. In six overs, Australia are 27 for three.
Finch was out when he tried to clear Ravichandran Ashwin over the top, but only managed to heave to mid-on. Later, White tried to force the initiative off Bhuvneshwar Kumar, but then spooned to mid-off. And to make matters worse, Shane Watson was bowled by Mohit Sharma in the sixth over.
Australia have had a tough tournament and it only seems to be getting tougher. They have already been knocked out as Pakistan beat Bangladesh earlier in the day.
