Karachi Kings skipper Imad Wasim is declared stable after a mild concussion he picked up on March 11, during the match against Lahore Qalandars in the ongoing Pakistan Super League 2018. Imad took a brilliant catch of Sohail Khan running backward from mid-off when he fell and hit his head on the ground. He did not get up for some time and was soon stretched off field by the medical staff. Later, PSL tweeted: “Imad Wasim is stable and as per protocol under observation for next 24 hours. He had a mild concussion and his vitals are fine.”

Ravi Bopara led the side in Imad’s absence, though Shahid Afridi was seen making active changes in the field. News on Imad’s involvement for the rest of the tournament is still awaited. Karachi Kings lost the match in the super over.
