Match 36 of VIVO IPL 2018 saw Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) move past Delhi Daredevils (DD) by 7 wickets. In pursuit of 168, SRH openers laid the foundation and the finishing touch was provided by skipper Kane Williamson and Yusuf Pathan. His rich vein of form ensured SRH their seventh victory. Williamson also prevented SRH’s lower order from exposure, and took maximum responsibility of the chase.

With the win SRH tops the points table with same points as Chennai Super Kings (SRH) but a better net run-rate.
