India begin on positive note in huge chase against England in 3rd Test at Southampton

India reached 24 for no loss after 10 overs in their chase of 445 against England in the third Test match at Southampton on Wednesday. Murali Vijay was batting on 11, and Shikhar Dhawan was on nine not out.
Earlier, England declared on 205 for four against India on Day Four of the third Test at Southampton, with a lead of 444 runs. Alastair Cook scored an unbeaten 70, while Joe Root (56) and Gary Ballance (38) helped boost the run-rate.
England resumed after lunch at 80 for two, with Cook unbeaten on 29 and Ian Bell the new man in. Bell started in aggressive fashion, taking on the left-arm spin of Ravindra Jadeja. Cook too batted positively,slowly but surely batting himself into some form.
