India are off to a decent start in their pursuit of a target of 160 against Afghanistan in the Asia Cup 2014 clash at the Shere Bangla National Stadium. In nine overs, India are 34 for no loss. Ajinkya Rahane came in place of Rohit Sharma to open the batting. Shikhar Dhawan partnered Rahane.

Since India bowled their overs quickly and then bowled out Afghanistan in 45 overs, they could squeez in nine overs before the break. In that break, India have managed to look good, but this is nothing more than a morale boosting victory.

Mohammad Nabi, the off-spinner and Shapoor Zadran, the left-arm medium pacer have started off the bowling.
