Opener Murali Vijay and Ajinkya Rahane have looked cautious post lunch. India are 135 for three in the second session on Day One of first Test against England at Trent Bridge. After a comfortable first session, India lost the wickets of Cheteshwar Pujara and Virat Kohli in quick succession.
Two wickets and the wicket suddenly looked lively and James Anderson was back to his usual self playing tricks with his seam bowling. He was spot on every time the ball pitched on the seam. Stuart Broad got a wicket after Kohli went for a casual drive.
However, Rahane and Vijay were watchful against the reverse swing and played calmly. 12 overs post lunch, India has scored only 14. After a testing 45 minutes or so, the duo were scoring a bit freely.
